Many of the people at the meeting talked about having a picture of them at a goal weight that helped them from not reaching for those cookies or extra ice cream bar.
I used to have a picture of me on my fridge that looked like this:

Anyways.. this was taken a long time ago. At a football Superbowl pool party. Way before I met my sports hating husband and had two crazy kids. Seriously the little one is wearing out my carpet running back and forth today. She apparently has sucked my running mojo from me in the middle of the night!
So I thought at the meeting this is a great idea, need to find a pic of me when I felt good etc and put it up but then the book I'm reading
I get what they are saying. Can I really expect to look like I did in my late 20's before 2 kids and getting to a high of 270 lbs while pregnant? Then again I'm turning 40 not 80. I didn't have awesome abs back then but I also didn't have the serious back issues I'm being haunted with almost daily now either. *Sitting here currently with a huge knot in my back and not being able to lift my right arm very much right now. Sigh.
So instead of a picture from a long time ago I think I'll find a picture from when I hit 50 lbs gone or the picture of me from after the RnR Chicago Half 2010.
I've also thought about carrying around my 10% weight loss key chain from WW along with a few of my charms. Now this is round 2 with WW of my key chain set. Because this one holds my 25lb and 50lb weight charms.

So when I hit my 10% again I will get another key chain. This time I already know it will be very richly deserved. I have many more things going on in my life than at either time when I earned my previous key chains. It would mean more to me I believe.
