Weight Watchers Weigh In Update

I surrendered the Magic Tracker today and I was thankful for the use of it for the week but also glad to be rid of it. I don't think I could track religiously if I had to write it down. I know that's how it all started for many people but I kept forgetting things. I do remember doing a stab at WW like about 10+ years ago and writing stuff down and not being able to follow through with it. An APP is easy for me along with the Etools. God bless those who write it down!

My WI today was -2.4 lbs. Which is a very good loss! In the healthy range of loosing weight. I think
people were disappointed that it was a lower number and not the 5+ the guy had last week or the 8+ his wife had a few weeks earlier. The meeting wasn't even packed this week like it has been the last few weeks. Very odd.

So that's that. I stopped off and got some stuff for the kids for Easter tomorrow and I have no idea if anyone is going to run tomorrow due to the holiday.

A few weeks ago I talked about stopping in the local running store and about the stuff that the owner uses here. I was a bit off in what it started with but I saw it today when I picked up some GU and it's this stuff:
Vespa cv-25 source
From the website:

VESPA works by encouraging the muscles to metabolize fat, thus stabilizing and conserving glycogen levels. By tapping into this plentiful and readily available energy source glycogen levels can be maintained and blood lactates are reduced resulting in greater endurance, mental clarity, motor coordination and accelerated recovery.

VESPA's unique formula: a highly bio-available wasp extract amino acid complex, synergistically blended with bee propolis and royal jelly (potent anti-oxidants) is all-natural, caffeine and ephedrine/ephedra free, and safe and legal for all sporting events.

He told me it tasted horrible. Not a real good selling point I think.

Does anyone have any experience with it?

  2. Well done!

I've not used the product above. In my experience, eating whole, unprocessed food is the way to go.
