Off Scale and On Plan Update!

Finally!  Back on track!

The two week school break for my kids adding in sick kids and a thrown off schedule totally wrecked my weigh in two weeks ago. Where I was up 5.2 lbs. I know it's horrible. Then the next week I must have done something right because I was only up .4 lbs. So that makes 5.6 lbs in two weeks. UGH!! This week I was down 4lbs. Still not the whole thing but at least it's in the right direction and I am back in the onederland area of weight again. One-two week of sinking and trying to right the ship and I feel back on track again.

While I was sitting at WW my friend texted me and asked if we could go on a run. The weather is like this:

It's in the 50's in the middle of January you really can't say no. So I went home and changed my shoes and met her at her house for 3 miles.  I had a short discussion with her son about the importance of Star Wars over Super Mario before I left. We finally got our oldest into Star Wars so I have to pass it along to other families now. ;)

I got this in the mail today as well:

I raised over $1,200 last year for Run for Autism and this year I have raised $70 so far. I hope to beat last year's donations.

  1. Good for you to get your weight loss going again. It can be so hard over the holidays as all the things we are faced with that we don't normally see during the rest of the year.
